All Kinds of Kind is on a mission to inspire more moments of kindness. Through the sale of their gemstone bracelets, they donate to mindful schools, a nonprofit organization working to create kindness through meditation and mindfulness in communities across the globe.


We first worked with All Kinds of Kind to develop a bespoke Shopify site that would reflect their west coast roots and friendly vibe. An important element was to condense their product catalogue into simple product listings that would allow the user to select and see the different colour and size options available. In addition, they needed several custom pages developed to communicate their founding story and inspiring mission.
Becoming a Growth Partner
Later we were invited back to work with All Kinds of Kind on developing and deploying an email marketing strategy which helped boost their revenues 20% year over year. At this time, we installed heat mapping on the site to continuously monitor and make changes to increase conversion rate as well as manage paid and organic marketing strategy.

Over the holidays, we were able to design a custom product template that increased conversions from 1.5% to 4.3%.
We sent email campaigns that generated a 20% increase in year over year revenue.
We created an upsell that drove average order value from $39 to $54.
Additional Objectives

We developed a custom product template capable of condensing their 48 skus into 2 distinct products. When the user selects a swatch, all product images change to reflect the selection.

We designed and executed the flow of email from All Kinds to its loyal customer base generating a 20% increase in revenue from email alone.

Using our unique process, we continuously monitored opportunities for increasing revenue through conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
